DMU is the most advanced application to reduce the design errors and expenses. Before we make vehicle's parts, we assemble all related parts in the virtual environment. We can check the collision in installed state and study the adjacency among the parts.
Furthermore, We also check the minimum distance collision tests during installation and removal sequences and verify the joining sequences for components and assemblies.
We are using the commercial software package named Vis-Publish3D, Vis-Mockup, Vis-View which can downsize the CAD model by the translator and let us to handle the huge size CAD model easily. Accordingly, even the full vehicle model can be managed at the same time.
